Road King’s Senior Editor is David A. Kolman, founder and former president of the Truck Writers of North America (TWNA) and a driver himself. Paul Abelson, member of the Technology & Maintenance Council and recipient of the 2006 TWNA Lifetime Achievement Award, serves as Senior Technical Editor.

Regular contributors include Timothy D. Brady, a 20-year veteran driver turned trucking business advisor and Larry Woody, 2005 recipient of the International Motorsports Hall of Fame award for journalism.

Road King’s magazine racks are found inside each location in high-traffic areas, such as the store, restaurant, fuel desk and drivers’ lounge or phone area. In addition, the Road King Crew staff personnel at every location ensure that Road King is available for drivers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Crew members onsite call our circulation manager anytime they run low on magazines and more are sent out that day. For each issue, the Road King Crew reports exactly how many magazines were picked up at each travel center. Road King is a BPA-audited publication.
